If the tour is canceled for any reason, including visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the user, the applicable cancellation charges mentioned in the brochure or itinerary  will be applied.   • Cancellation made 45 days or more prior to departure: Booking fees
  • Cancellation made between 44 and 31 days of departure: 40% of the tour cost
  • Cancellation made between 30 and 20 days of departure: 75% of the tour cost
  • Cancellation made within 19 days prior to the date of departure, or no-show for any reason: 100% of the tour cost
